Turning On Your Listhub-Alt

For your listings to appear automatically in DO AudioTours, your company broker must have an account with Listhub and have DirectOffer selected as a publisher. 

To turn on DirectOffer's AudioTours in Listhub, have your company broker follow these instructions:

Instructions for Brokers Who HAVE a ListHub account

  1. Login in to ListHub with your username and password
  2. Click on the Publishers tab in the upper right
  3. Under Publisher Network click on Publisher Choices
  4. Scroll down the list of publishers and Select DirectOffer 
  5. Be sure to invite your agents to your brokerage ListHub account (agents may need active listings to be added)

Next Step - Invite your agents 

  1. Login to ListHub 
  2. Click on your username, located toward the upper right side of the window
  3. Click “Settings”
  4. Click "Manage Users" located in the main window 
  5. Click "Invite Users” located in the center at the top of the main window
  6. You can click on “Invite All Agents” From “Your Inventory”, or select them individually under the “Actions” button
  7. Click Save
  8. Your agents will receive an email inviting them to register for ListHub, this includes a special link to a simple registration page. 

Note: Agents must have Active Listing to be invited in.

Instructions for Brokers Who DO NOT HAVE a ListHub account

  1. Register your Company with ListHub.com (MUST be the Broker)
  2. Click  “Create Account” button 
  3. A Registration Options page appears
  4. Select “I am the head Broker of record with the MLS”
  5. Fill out online registration form and select the MLS(s) you belong to 
  6. If you have multiple offices, be sure to enter in all the MLS Office Codes during registration.
  7. Submit Registration
  8. Once your registration form is submitted - Click on “Publisher” tab 
  9. Select the “Publisher Choices” tab and select “DirectOffer” 
  10. You will receive an email from ListHub support to confirm your account  

Next Step - Invite your agents 

  1. Login to ListHub 
  2. Click on your username, located toward the upper right side of the window
