How to View Showcase, Edit and Share your DO AudioTours™

In this How To we are going to show you how to share your Audio Tours you created and edit those listings you want to modify, delete or add more audios to photos.

Go to My AudioTours

In each listing you can:

Edit - Re-record existing audios, record audio on additional photos you have in your gallery, or delete recording you no longer want. Your changes will automatically update your share links.

View Showcase - View and play back the audio tour your created. This view is what the public sees and they can hit play to hear the audio tour; contact you by filling out the contact card, or call and they can share this audio tour with family friends.

Share - Displays a share menu and URL links to send to your social media and marketing platform and unbranded link for the MLS, plus a QR code to download for brochures, postcards, etc.

Manually uploaded listings you can also:

Edit & Re-order - Edit your property input sheet, re-order your photos and add more photos

Delete - Delete your listing

Tip: If you are not quite sure if you are ready to share, click on View Showcase to review your Audio Tours.

View Showcase

From My Audio Tours click on a listing.
To listen and view the audio tour you created, click on the three dots and select View Showcase on the listing. This will open up in a new tab.

Click on Play and closed captioning and switch from English to another language to try it out. Also don't forget the public can email you with information, call you, and share your audio tour with their family and friends.

If you are happy with the Showcase, and you want to share , click on the My AudioTour Tab at the top of your computer (remember your Show Case opens into a new tab) and select the Share icon on your listing. Want to make some changes? Click the 3 dots and select Edit Audio Tour.

To Share -

Go to My AudioTours Section

Click on your listings Share icon as shown below

A Share Audio Tour Menu appears. You can link directly into the share icons or you can copy the Branded Viewing Link and share with your social and marketing platforms. You can copy the link to the Unbranded MLS Shareable link and add to your MLS listing. You can download the QR for brochures, postcards, and sign magnet.

Edit

You can Edit your Audio Tours from the My Audio Tours Page. You can edit a previously recorded audio, you can delete audios, and you can record on additional photos in your gallery. Also for manual listing uploads you can re-order your photos, add photos and delete the listing .

All edits will automatically update your URL links.

Edit from My AudioTour Page

Re-recording On A Recorded Photo

Click on My Audio Tours
Click Edit on the listing you want to edit
Your MLS Gallery of photos will upload
Click on a photo you would like to edit on or record on
A recording page will open with the picture.
Click Delete Audio
A message will come “Are you sure you want to delete this recording? Click Okay

Follow the same process as recording an Audio Tour. (How To Create An Audio Tour)
Add your script into the script box and Click on the Red Record button
Start recording your description
Click on Stop Recording when completed.
You may re-record as many times as you would like until you like it! Remember to Click on Save Audio.
If you are happy with your recording, click the X in the upper left-hand side of the photo to return to your photo gallery and select another photo to record.
Once you have completed your edits, Click on View ShowCase to review.
You are now ready to share! Select the Blue Share Button on the listing from the My AudioTour section.

Deleting A Photo With Audio From Your Showcase

Click on My Audio Tours
Click Edit on the listing you want to edit
Your MLS Gallery of photos will upload
Click on a photo you would like to delete
A recording page will open with the picture.
Click Delete Audio
A message will come “Are you sure you want to delete this recording? Click Okay
Your photo is now delete from your AudioTours Showcase

Recording A New Audio On A Published Listing

Click on My Audio Tours
Click Edit on the listing you want to add a recording on
Your MLS Gallery of photos will upload
Follow the same process as recording an Audio Tour. (How To Create an Audio Tour)
Click on a photo you would like to record on
A recording page will open with the picture, the listing address, the description from the MLS and the list price.
Add your script into the script box and Click on the Red Record button
Start recording your description and click on stop recording when completed
You can listen to your recording. Don’t like it, click delete and re-record. You may re-record as many times as you would like until you like it! Remember to Click on Save Audio.
If you are happy with you recording, click the X in the upper left-hand side of the photo to return to your photo gallery and select another photo to record.
All recorded photos will have a headphone icon on the picture in the bottom left.
Once you have completed your edits, Click on View ShowCase to review.
You are now ready to share! Select the Blue Share Button on the listing from the My AudoTour section/page

Manual Listing Upload Edits and Re-order

In My Audio Tours Select your listing, Click on the 3 dots and select Edit & Re-order
From here you can edit your listing details, re-order your Showcase Photos by selecting the four bars to the left of the pictures and moving them up and down with your cursor. You can delete photos and you can photos.
