How to Create an Account and Try For Free
We are we are excited to introduce you to DO AudioTours™. Audio Tours enables you to easily record 30 second audio clips directly to your property listing photos whether from your MLS listings or manually uploaded. Audio Tours features Closed-Captioning and multilingual technology. Once recorded you can share your Audio Tour across your marketing and social platforms. t’s a way to build your brand, drive engagement on your listings and bring a home’s story to life.

To create an account, click on Create Account as shown in the diagram below
On the Create an Account Page Fill in your
- Name
- Your email associated with your MLS
- Select the Country you live in
- From the drop down, select Your Company Brand/Parent Company, i.e. EXIT Realty; Keller Williams, etc. If you are not associated with a Firm/Parent Company select Other.
- From the drop down select Your Business Function: Associate Broker, Broker, Broker/Owner, Sales Agent
- Create a 12 character password (Your choice using any letter, upper or lower case, symbols or numbers)
- Confirm password,
- Be sure to Click on Agree to Terms and Create Account
Once you click on Create Account a message will pop up for you to verify your email.
- Go to your email and open the email from DO AudioTours™ with the subject Verify Email Address. If you don’t see an email, check your SPAM or Trash folder.
- Open your email from DO AudioTours™ and within the email Click on Verify Email, and it takes you immediately into your account to the New Audio Tours screen.

New Audio Tours – Is the default page when signing into your account, and where all your active listings without recordings appear.
If you currently have no active listings you will have an icon indicating so with a practice listing as a placeholder. You can polish your technique on recording audios and provide a demonstration to sellers. You will receive an email from us stating you have a new listing in your account once you add a listing into the MLS. You can also click in the right corner for Manual Listing Upload.

DO AudioTours™ listings come from ListHub. Make sure your Broker has:
- An account with Listhub
- Selected DirectOffer as a publisher
- Invited Agents to ListHub

With our Free Trial Offer your latest listing will be appear for you to record on and your other listings will be grayed out. To record on your remaining listings, you will need to UpGrade and the UpGrade buttons will appear at the top as shown in the diagram below.
The cost to upgrade is $15.99 per month with unlimited listings and no additional fees for assistants or team members. Complete the subscription credit card information and click on Subscribe. The system will take you back to your and all your listings will become unlocked.
Other Areas in Your Account
My AudioTours – This where all your recorded listings appear and from here you can edit/view showcase and share your audio tours.
My Account – Is where you can edit your profile, see your subscription, change password, and sign out.
Help/Support – This will take you to our support center with resources to assist you with your set up and Audio Tours. Need to get in touch right away. Click on the icon to contact us directly.
