How To Get Your Listings To Appear On DirectOffer
For Brokers
Listings for DirectOffer are published through ListHub. Brokers must have an account with Listhub and select DirectOffer as a publisher.
Steps for brokers who have an account with ListHub:
- Login in to ListHub with your username and password
- Click on the Publishers tab in the upper right
- Under Publisher Network click on Publisher Choices.
- Scroll down the list of publishers and select DirectOffer
- If you originally selected to receive all new publications, then DirectOffer should already be selected.
Steps for brokers who do not have an account with ListHub:
- Register your Company with ListHub.com. You must be the designated broker for the company
- Click on Create Account button
- A Registration Options page appears
- Select I am the head broker of record with the MLS
- Fill out the online registration form that appears and be sure to select the MLS you belong to.
- If you have multiple offices, be sure to enter in all the MLS Office Codes during registration. PLEASE Note your MLS must be available in the dropdown menu to participate. *
- Submit Registration
- Once your registration form is submitted click on the Publisher tab
- Select the Publisher Choices tab and select DirectOffer and other publishers you wish to send your listings to.
This will complete your registration process.
You will receive an email from ListHub support to confirm your account within a short period of time.
* If your MLS does not appear on the list, click on the Request for unsupported MLS link. Fill out the report and ListHub will reach out to you at such a time when your MLS has signs up with ListHub.

For Agents
Listings for DirectOffer are published through ListHub.
- Your broker must have an account with ListHub, and
- In order for agents to appear in a Listhub account, the agents first must have active listings.
Talk with your broker and see if the broker has an account with ListHub.
- If the broker has an account and once you have an active listing, ask your broker to invite you as a user on ListHub. (Instruction for Brokers to invite their agents). Once you have received the invitation, follow the instructions provided in the email and on ListHub to create your user account.
