You should be yourself and  say what you would normally say to an interested buyer. Introduce the property, describe the home and highlight its features. Project an enthusiastic, happy tone. Speak clearly, enunciate and use simple words and phrases.  And it’s okay to be nervous, so practice what you are going to say before recording. Remember if you don’t like what you said, you can delete and re-record as many times as you need.
